Day 142 (May 22) It took and hour or two for the clouds to roll in and darken the sky. I went out at the darkest point to photograph the dramatic clouds. I spent ten minutes outside. It was only in the second half of that time period that the winds whipped up and then a few sprinkles fell. When it ended my husband texted from a mall 5 miles away to warn me to watch out for the hail he just saw and a friend 15 miles away texted and told me they were under a tornado warning. It was hard to believe because the sun had just come out so brightly above my neighborhood! Amazing how different a crazy storm can be in such a small area.
Day 141 (Actually this was taken the day before, but I let a day go by without taking any pictures. Gasp! I guess it's okay; it hasn't happened since the first week of this year.)
Day 140 (May 20) My son continues to be attracted to reading signs of all kinds. I'm the same way to an extent. I love words. So this tickles me.
